Shadowed Type-2 Fuzzy Systems for Dynamic Parameter Adaptation in Harmony Search and Differential Evolution for Optimal Design of Fuzzy Controllers

This article mainly focuses on the utilization of shadowed type-2 fuzzy systems used to achieve goal dynamically adapting parameters two already known algorithms in literature: harmony search and differential evolution algorithms. It has been established that logic enhances performance metaheuristics by enabling parameter adaptation; however, results an increased execution time. For this reason, article, approach is put forward as a way reducing time, while maintaining good complete model produces. The with adaptations were applied problem optimally designing controllers. simulations performed controllers working ideal situation, then real situation under different noise levels order reach conclusion regarding each applied.
